Ear acupuncture can treat stress and anxiety, long Covid, migraines, addiction and PTSD, weight loss and sleep dysfunction. Ear seeds are tiny natural seeds that sit on pressure points on the ear (acupressure), triggering them to clear blockages and stimulate balance in the body, enabling many health benefits to be realised. Each treatment is designed to your individual needs. Wonderful for children and those who don’t wish to have any needling done (needle phobia etc). Following an appointment we can provide seeds and advice to take away and apply at home to help you or your child on their healing journey.
