Ear Seeding: Receive a soothing practice using acupressure seeds to balance energy and enhance intuition. Once placed, the seeds can be worn for up to 5 days, allowing you to carry the energy and healing of the retreat with you long after the session.

Journaling for Clarity & Intention: Explore intentions and goals for the upcoming year, gaining clarity and releasing what no longer serves.

Homemade Lunch & Treats: Enjoy nourishing, seasonal lunch and treats to replenish your energy.
